Urban Angles: Booking Lead Times & Availability

Booking lead times and availability at Urban Angles — instant bookings in DREAM, email confirmations, and how weather and region affect scheduling.

How far ahead to book, and what shapes availability.

Instant bookings through DREAM

Account holders see live availability and make instant bookings in DREAM — no phone tag. Order confirmation and booking-date notifications arrive by email, with a reminder before the appointment.

What affects lead times

  • Region — the Melbourne, Sydney, South East Queensland and Adelaide markets run dedicated field teams; on-request areas are scheduled around travel
  • Product mix — a Base Photography visit books differently from a half-day prestige video or a coordinated display village campaign
  • Conditions — dusk shoots need the right light, and drone work depends on weather and airspace at the address

How much notice each product wants

Product Practical notice
Base Photography Shortest — live availability in DREAM
Floor plan measuring Books with the photography visit
Drone Same as photography, plus a weather contingency
Dusk add-on Needs a specific evening window
Video (Trailer / Showcase) A defined shoot block, so more notice
Prestige and custom video Scoped with the production team
Display village or builder range Planned as a schedule, weeks ahead
On-request regional Coordinated around travel

Building in contingency

Anything weather-dependent should carry a spare day between the shoot and the campaign date. Dusk and drone are the two that move, and a booking with no slack turns a routine reschedule into a missed deadline. On a tight campaign, book the weather-dependent products first and the reliable ones around them.

Changing a booking

Orders can be edited, rescheduled or cancelled directly in DREAM, or with the Customer Experience team on 1300 144 255 / studio@urbanangles.com (8.30am–5.30pm Monday–Friday). Weather-driven moves for dusk and aerial bookings are routine and handled as part of the service.

Planning a campaign

For multi-property or multi-service campaigns — a builder range, a display village, a project launch — the account team plans capture as one schedule rather than individual bookings.
