Urban Angles: Coverage & Locations
Urban Angles services four on-the-ground markets — Melbourne, Sydney, South East Queensland and Adelaide — with every service available in each, and covers everywhere else in Australia on request. One supplier, one standard, wherever the property is.
The four serviced markets
- Melbourne — the home market and head office (Richmond). All inner and outer suburbs, all services, no travel fee. The Mornington Peninsula, the Geelong coast and regional Victoria are serviced with a travel fee.
- Sydney — all inner and outer suburbs, all services, from the Sydney office in Darlinghurst.
- Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast — all inner and outer suburbs across three regions, all services.
- Adelaide — an on-the-ground team at 89 Pirie Street, with the full product range.
Everywhere else is covered by Australia-Wide On Request, including Perth and Tasmania, with a travel component added.
On-the-ground versus on request
The distinction is scheduling, not capability. An on-the-ground market is booked against local field capacity, so lead times are shorter and a weather-affected reschedule is easier to absorb. On-request work is coordinated around travel and benefits from more notice, but the product range and the delivery standard are the same.
What travels with the coverage
Not every product is location-dependent, which is worth knowing when planning a national campaign:
| Product type | Location constraint |
|---|---|
| Renders, retouching, virtual dusk, virtual styling | None — produced in post-production |
| Photography, video, floor plans, virtual tours | Field teams in each market |
| Drone and aerial | Subject to airspace conditions at the address |
Because renders and virtual products are made rather than captured, a developer marketing a project in a city with no local team still gets the same 3D and virtual output as one in Melbourne.
One standard across markets
Capture happens locally; retouching, editing and quality management run through the same in-house post-production workflow everywhere. That is what lets the published turnaround tiers apply identically in every market, and why a national client gets one visual standard rather than four.
