## The four serviced markets

## On-the-ground versus on request

The distinction is scheduling, not capability. An on-the-ground market is booked against local field capacity, so lead times are shorter and a weather-affected reschedule is easier to absorb. On-request work is coordinated around travel and benefits from more notice, but the product range and the delivery standard are the same.
