Urban Angles: Licensing & Terms
The commercial terms that apply when you commission Urban Angles: how delivered content may be used, who holds copyright, and the terms around payment and scheduling.
Urban Angles produces commissioned work for property campaigns. It does not operate a stock library and does not license content to third parties — every asset exists because a specific client commissioned it for a specific campaign, and the terms follow from that.
The three areas
- Image & Video Usage Rights — how commissioned photography and video may be used across listings, portals, print, web and social
- Copyright on Delivered Assets — the copyright position on delivered photography, video, plans and renders
- Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling — invoicing, and what applies when a booking changes
Why this matters before you book
Three questions come up often enough that they are worth settling at the start of a campaign rather than at the end:
Who can use the assets, and where? A listing campaign and a builder's brand library are different use cases with different lifespans. If assets will be reused across ranges, seasons or a franchise network, say so at booking — it is a scoping question, not an afterthought.
What happens if the property sells and the campaign ends? Delivered files remain available in DREAM, which is where the full order history sits.
What happens if the shoot moves? Weather, access and airspace can all require a booking to change — dusk and aerial work most of all.
Where the specifics live
The operative terms are set out in Urban Angles' engagement terms and confirmed as part of each agreement. Account clients have terms configured at onboarding; one-off bookings confirm terms at the time of order.
That distinction is the practical one: if you book regularly, the commercial position is agreed once and applies to every subsequent order, rather than being renegotiated per job.
Changing a booking
Rescheduling is handled with the Customer Experience team on 1300 144 255 or studio@urbanangles.com. Orders can also be edited, rescheduled or cancelled directly in DREAM. Weather-affected dusk and aerial work is the most common case, and rescheduling is handled as part of the booking service.
