Agencies, builders, developers and building managers regularly need insurance documentation before a crew is granted site access. Urban Angles supplies it on request.
Requesting documentation
Current certificates and compliance documentation are issued directly by the Urban Angles team rather than published here, so that what you receive is always the current version rather than a cached copy:

Include the site, the shoot date and who the documentation needs to be addressed to.
What a site controller usually asks for

When to request it early
- Commercial and industrial sites with formal contractor induction requirements
- Apartment and strata buildings where the owners corporation or building manager controls access
- Active construction sites — display home builds, developments and staged releases
- Body-corporate or council-managed public locations used for lifestyle shoots
Requesting documentation at the time of booking rather than on the shoot day avoids a crew arriving to a site they can't enter. Where a site's paperwork takes days to process, that lead time sits between you and the campaign deadline — so it belongs at the front of the booking conversation, not the end.
