Urban Angles: Trust & Compliance
Agencies, builders and developers extend their own compliance obligations to the suppliers they engage. This section covers the credentials and standards behind Urban Angles' work — on site, in the air and across the business.
The credentials
- CASA Drone Accreditation — aerial work flown by operating partners within CASA guidelines and designated safe fly zones
- Insurance — public liability and professional indemnity cover for on-site work
- Safety & Risk Standards — risk assessment and safe operating practice on every shoot
- Industry Memberships — association memberships, published as confirmed
- Our Team & Values — the leadership and the six values the business runs on
What procurement usually needs
Supplier onboarding tends to ask for the same short list: a certificate of currency for public liability, professional indemnity confirmation, evidence of safe operating practice for on-site work, and ABN and entity details.
Those documents are issued on request rather than published here, so what you receive is current on the date you receive it rather than a snapshot that has aged on a web page. Request them via studio@urbanangles.com or 1300 144 255, and see Track Record for the wider credential position.
Where compliance touches the booking
Two products carry conditions worth knowing before you schedule:
Aerial work is subject to airspace conditions at the address. Known restrictions are flagged before the shoot rather than discovered on the day, which is why aerial is confirmed at booking when it is central to a campaign.
Site access on builder and commercial sites can require induction or specific safety requirements. Flagging that in the brief avoids a field team arriving unable to start — see How to Brief a Property Media Provider.
Stability signals
Urban Angles has specialised exclusively in property marketing since 2001 — property isn't one of its industries; it's the only one.
The business operates on-the-ground teams in Melbourne (Richmond, head office), Sydney (Darlinghurst), Brisbane and Adelaide, with staff spanning photography, post-production, field, video, 3D, customer experience and digital technology.
The values
Respect, honesty, teamwork, passion, curiosity and care — with a stated mission to lead Australia in providing property marketing solutions, defined by creative products, passionate people, unbelievable customer experiences and innovative technology.
