Urban Angles: Revisions & Reshoots
What's included when something needs to change, by product.
Photography
Photography adjustments run through the proofing and markup workflow rather than a separate revision cycle: select your preferred frames in DREAM and attach specific retouching notes, and post-production actions them. Markups can be requested on drone imagery too — boundary lines and highlights included.
Floor plans
One revision is included with every floor plan and land box. When files are completed, click through from the email notification into DREAM, use the comment icon, and mark up any items that need changing — the change request goes straight to post-production.
Video
- Social Property Trailer and Showcase Video — one round of revisions included
- Other video products — draft supplied two business days after the appointment, one revision included, finals the next business day after approval
- Custom Property Video — multiple revisions included
All video feedback is captured through Vimeo review links, where you can timestamp comments at any point in the draft.

Making a revision land first time
The most useful markup is specific and image-by-image. "Brighten the lounge" is ambiguous; "image 4 — lift shadows under the window, remove the power cord at lower left" is actionable in one pass. Where a change applies across the set — a consistent sky treatment, a repeated object to remove — say so once rather than repeating it per image.
Reshoots
Where a property genuinely needs to be recaptured — weather, access or presentation on the day — reshoots are arranged with the Customer Experience team on 1300 144 255 or studio@urbanangles.com. Weather-affected dusk and aerial work is the most common case, and rescheduling is handled as part of the booking service.
