South East Queensland is one of Urban Angles' on-the-ground markets, operating from Level 6, 200 Adelaide Street, Brisbane. Unlike the single-city markets, it spans three distinct property regions that behave quite differently as campaigns.

Three regions, three campaign profiles

The product mix that suits each is not the same, which is worth knowing before booking:

  • Brisbane — established housing and inner-city apartments, where photography plus a floor plan carries most listings, and commercial work runs alongside residential
  • Gold Coast — apartments and waterfront, where position and aspect are a large part of the value, so aerial capture and virtual tours do disproportionate work, particularly for interstate buyers
  • Sunshine Coast — lifestyle and land, where lifestyle photography and site plans tend to matter more than they do in a metropolitan listing

One standard across the region

Photography, video, drone, floor plans, virtual tours and virtual services all run in South East Queensland, with capture processed through the same in-house post-production team as Melbourne and Sydney — the reason an image shot in Brisbane looks as flawless as one shot in Brighton.

The published turnaround tiers apply identically here: Standard close of business the next business day after the shoot, Express by midday, Super X by 9am.

A note on aerial work

Aerial capture is subject to airspace conditions at the address, and South East Queensland has more of it than most — coastal corridors and proximity to controlled airspace both matter. Known restrictions are flagged before the shoot rather than discovered on the day, so confirm aerial at booking if it is central to the campaign.
