# Residential Agents & Agencies

Residential sales agents and agency networks are Urban Angles' core client group — the reason the product range, the turnaround times and the DREAM portal are built the way they are.

## Agencies Urban Angles works with

Agency clients who have agreed to be named: **McGrath**, **Marshall White** and **Jellis Craig** — spanning national network, prestige and multi-office metropolitan residential sales.

## What a listing campaign looks like

- **Base Photography** — Base 2 (external only), Base 5, Base 10 or Base 15, the signature product
- **Dusk** — either a photographer revisit or Virtual Dusk from a delivered image
- **Drone** — horizon, orbital and overhead views, at reduced rates when added to Base Photography
- **Floor plans** — branded and styled to your agency, portrait or landscape
- **Video** — Social Property Trailer for feeds, Showcase for the full listing
- **Virtual styling** — presenting an empty or dated interior at its best

## What a campaign costs

Indicative real estate rates, inc GST, as a starting point for budgeting:

A typical listing campaign of Base 5, a floor plan and a social video sits around $800–$900 inc GST depending on whether the video is bundled, before add-ons. Account pricing is configured per office at onboarding and confirmed at booking.

## Built for listing deadlines

Standard photography is delivered close of business the next business day after the shoot. When a campaign goes live sooner, Express (midday next business day) and Super X (9am next business day) compress it further. Proofing lets you select your own frames — proofs arrive by 10am the next day in DREAM.

## Consistency across an office

Every image is checked by a dedicated in-house quality control team before delivery — the **UA Guarantee**. For a network running listings across several offices and photographers, that separate QC step is what keeps one agent's campaign looking like another's.

## Where offices lose time

Most delays on a listing campaign aren't production delays. They're proofs sitting unselected, access not arranged before the photographer arrives, or a property that wasn't presented on the day and needs a partial reshoot. Booking with the presentation confirmed, the access sorted and someone rostered to make selections the morning proofs land removes almost all of it.
