  "content": "Owners selling privately can commission the same photography, floor plans, drone and video that agencies order — the products and the standard don't change with who's booking.\n\n## What to order\n\n- **Base Photography** — Base 2 (external only), Base 5, Base 10 or Base 15, depending on the property\n- **Dusk** — a dusk shoot, or Virtual Dusk applied to a delivered daytime image\n- **Floor plans** — floor plan, site plan or land box; one revision included\n- **Drone** — horizon, orbital and overhead views of the property and its surrounds\n- **Video** — a Social Property Trailer (around 45 seconds) or a full Showcase Video\n- **Virtual styling** — presenting an empty or dated interior at its best, per image\n\n## Sizing the package to the property\n\nThe right number of images follows the property rather than the budget:\n\n| Property | Usual starting point |\n| --- | --- |\n| One or two-bedroom apartment | Base 5 |\n| Standard three-bedroom home | Base 5 or Base 10 |\n| Four-plus bedrooms, indoor–outdoor living | Base 10 |\n| Large or architectural home | Base 15 |\n| Land or acreage | Base 5 plus drone and a site plan |\n| Vacant property | Base package plus virtual styling per room |\n\nList the spaces a buyer would ask about at an inspection, add the exterior and one hero, and that number is close to right.\n\n## A note on pricing\n\nPrivate-vendor engagements are priced on their own schedule, which is not the same as the agency rate card published elsewhere in this directory. The Customer Experience team will confirm your price at booking — ask for it up front rather than working from an indicative figure.\n\n## Preparing for the shoot\n\nThe property is captured as found, so have it presented — styled, decluttered and cleaned — before the appointment, and make sure every area being photographed is accessible. Flag anything to include or avoid ahead of time. Express and Super X options are available if your listing goes live sooner.\n\n## How to book\n\nEnquire online identifying yourself as a private vendor, or call **1300 144 255** (8.30am–5.30pm Monday to Friday).
