How it works
Virtual styling is applied per image to your existing photography. You choose the frames that need furnishing — typically the hero living spaces and bedrooms — and Urban Angles' post-production team dresses each room digitally, matched to the property's style and market.

- Vacant properties — the classic use case: an empty room photographs cold; a styled one gives buyers scale, purpose and warmth

Virtual styling vs physical staging
Physical staging puts real furniture in the property, so it also presents at inspections. Virtual styling presents only in the campaign imagery — at a fraction of the cost and with no logistics. Many campaigns use virtual styling to get the listing live, strongest rooms first.
Indicative pricing
From $70 inc GST per image as an indicative real estate rate. Because it is priced per image rather than per property, a three-room treatment costs a fraction of a physical styling engagement. Commercial rates differ and are confirmed at booking.
Which rooms to style
Styling every room is rarely the right call. The rooms that change a buyer's mind are the open-plan living space, the master bedroom and the primary outdoor area — those carry the campaign. Secondary bedrooms and studies read fine empty, and a buyer who has already responded to the hero images will forgive them. Three to four styled frames is the usual sweet spot.
Setting expectations honestly
Virtual styling shows potential, not contents. Because the furniture is not physically there, the listing should make that clear and the images should stay plausible for the room's real dimensions — an over-furnished render invites disappointment at the inspection, which is the opposite of what the treatment is for.
