# Safety & Site Conduct

Most Urban Angles shoots happen in someone's home, on an active construction site, or in a commercial space that is still operating. How the field team behaves on site is part of the service.

## Field team standards

The field team works to a set standard for preparation, professionalism and calm on site — the kind that puts vendors at ease and gets agents the hero shot. In practice that means arriving prepared, working around occupants, and leaving a property as it was found.

## Occupied properties

- Photographers work around residents, tenants and staff rather than clearing a space
- Rooms, features or neighbouring elements can be excluded on request — flag them before the shoot
- Access needs arranging in advance for every area being captured, including outdoor space, garages and parking

For a tenanted property, the tenant's notice requirements sit with the agent or property manager rather than with Urban Angles — confirm those before the booking date so the shoot isn't turned away at the door.

## Construction and commercial sites

Display home builds, developments and staged releases often carry their own induction and access requirements. For lifestyle shoots in neighbourhoods, cafes, beaches and sporting venues, Urban Angles handles the permits and legalities of shooting on location.

## Aerial and weather

Aerial capture is subject to airspace conditions at the address, with known restrictions flagged before the shoot, and to weather on the day. Dusk and drone bookings are the most commonly rescheduled — the Customer Experience team handles the move on 1300 144 255.
