Here's how Urban Angles' aerial work is delivered.\n\n## How aerial capture is operated\n\nUrban Angles' **drone operations are delivered through partners who operate within CASA guidelines**. Aerial photography and video are ordered, scheduled, retouched and delivered through Urban Angles like any other product — the flying itself is performed by those partner operators.\n\n## What that means for a booking\n\n- **Airspace applies to the address, not the product.** Restrictions exist near airports, over crowds, in controlled airspace and in some public-land settings\n- **Known restrictions are flagged before the shoot**, so an aerial booking isn't confirmed for a site where it can't legally be flown\n- **Weather governs the day.** Wind and visibility can move an aerial booking; rescheduling is handled by the Customer Experience team as part of the service\n- **Helicopter aerial** is available where drone flight isn't permitted or won't achieve the required altitude\n\n## Where restrictions commonly apply\n\n| Setting | Typical position |\n| --- | --- |\n| Near a controlled aerodrome | Approval required, sometimes refused |\n| Over a beach, park or event with crowds | Restricted while people are present |\n| CBD and dense commercial areas | Frequently controlled airspace |\n| Above a school or hospital | Restricted |\n| Standard suburban residential | Generally flyable, subject to conditions |\n| Regional and estate sites | Usually the least constrained |\n\nWhere a restriction can only be identified on site, you're informed as soon as possible rather than after the fact.\n\n## If drone isn't possible\n\nAn address that can't be flown still has options.
