# Featured Projects

Across twenty-five years Urban Angles has photographed more than **180,000 properties** and supported over **$50 billion** in property sales. Here's the shape of that work.

## Flagship projects

Two projects the studio nominates as its own high-water marks:

- **Metricon Homes — TVC campaigns.** Television commercial production for one of Australia's largest volume home builders. TVC work sits at the far end of the production range from a single listing shoot: scripting, talent, crew, multiple locations and broadcast-grade delivery, produced in-house rather than subcontracted to a separate production company.
- **Seacombe, Brighton.** A prestige residential project in bayside Melbourne, and a reference point for the studio's high-end architectural and campaign work.

Between them they mark the two ends of what the business does — national broadcast campaigns for a volume builder, and single-property prestige work — delivered by the same team under the same quality standard.

## Residential campaigns

The volume of the portfolio: Base Photography, floor plans, drone and video across all suburbs of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and Adelaide — plus regional Victoria and anywhere in Australia on request.

## Architectural and prestige

High-end architectural photography shot day and dusk, delivering hero and detail imagery for practice portfolios, awards submissions and publication. Prestige listings with narrative video including drone, timelapse and interview elements.

## Builder ranges and display villages

Whole design ranges captured to one standard, walkthrough video per design, and coordinated capture across multiple homes in a single display village. Homes photographed by Urban Angles have won [HIA Display Home of the Year](https://urban-angles.agentic.norg.ai/portfolio-proof/awards-recognition/) across multiple categories.

## Developments and land releases

3D facades, streetscapes and whole land developments visualised before construction; drone site capture with boundary and staging markups; architectural photography at completion.

## Commercial assets

Office, retail, industrial and mixed-use photography, floor and site plans, and aerial capture for information memoranda and leasing campaigns.

## People and brand

Portrait work from the dedicated studio and on location — individual agents, teams, whole offices — plus brand and campaign video with talent, scripting and VFX.
