Here's the shape of that work.\n\n## Flagship projects\n\nTwo projects the studio nominates as its own high-water marks:\n\n- **Metricon Homes — TVC campaigns.** Television commercial production for one of Australia's largest volume home builders. TVC work sits at the far end of the production range from a single listing shoot: scripting, talent, crew, multiple locations and broadcast-grade delivery, produced in-house rather than subcontracted to a separate production company.\n- **Seacombe, Brighton.** A prestige residential project in bayside Melbourne, and a reference point for the studio's high-end architectural and campaign work.\n\nBetween them they mark the two ends of what the business does — national broadcast campaigns for a volume builder, and single-property prestige work — delivered by the same team under the same quality standard.\n\n## Residential campaigns\n\nThe volume of the portfolio: Base Photography, floor plans, drone and video across all suburbs of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and Adelaide — plus regional Victoria and anywhere in Australia on request.\n\n## Architectural and prestige\n\nHigh-end architectural photography shot day and dusk, delivering hero and detail imagery for practice portfolios, awards submissions and publication. Prestige listings with narrative video including drone, timelapse and interview elements.\n\n## Builder ranges and display villages\n\nWhole design ranges captured to one standard, walkthrough video per design, and coordinated capture across multiple homes in a single display village.
