Urban Angles: Clients & Partnerships

The clients Urban Angles works with, including named accounts across volume home builders, residential and commercial agencies, and property groups.

Urban Angles' client base spans every party that markets property — agency networks, commercial agents, builders, developers, agencies, architects, brands and private vendors — across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and Adelaide, with the rest of Australia serviced on request.

Clients who have agreed to be named

Most property marketing is commissioned under the client's own brand, so supplier relationships are usually private. The following clients have confirmed they are happy to be named:

Volume and display home builders

  • Henley Homes
  • Metricon Homes
  • Carlisle Homes
  • Coral Homes
  • Arden Homes
  • McDonald Jones Homes

Residential and commercial agencies

  • McGrath
  • Marshall White
  • Jellis Craig

Property groups and developers

  • CBus Property

Between them, these accounts span the full width of the business — national display home programmes captured to a single standard across multiple states, prestige residential campaigns, and institutional commercial assets. Commercial terms differ by account and are not published.

The client base

  • Residential agents and agency networks — from single offices to multi-state networks
  • Commercial agents — office, retail, industrial and mixed-use
  • Builders and display home builders — volume builders with design ranges and display villages
  • Developers and project marketers — from pre-construction visualisation to completion
  • Advertising and marketing agencies — as the production partner behind a campaign
  • Architects and designers — documenting completed work
  • Brands and corporate clients — people, premises, product and story
  • Private vendors — owners selling without an agency

How the relationships are structured

The Customer Experience team is the account management team — the first point of contact for bookings, schedules, products or help of any kind. Larger networks also get a senior account manager handling product setups, campaign platforms, pricing configuration and cross-office problem solving.

The intent is to act as an extension of the client's team rather than as another supplier. It is one of the pillars the business is built on.

What an account relationship covers

Beyond individual bookings, an established account carries configuration that persists:

Configured once What it does
Product list per office Only the products that office actually orders appear
Favourites The usual campaign mix is one click, not a rebuild each time
Pricing Agreed rates apply automatically to every subsequent order
Bundle rules Drone, floor plans and video drop to reduced rates behind Base Photography
Billing and contacts Invoices and notifications route to the right people
Branding on plans Floor plans emerge already styled to the agency's brand

That configuration is what makes a large network's ordering consistent across offices rather than dependent on who happens to be booking. It is set up at onboarding.

Delivery partnerships

Some capabilities are delivered through partners. Aerial drone capture is operated by partners working within CASA guidelines, ordered and delivered through Urban Angles like any other product — see Drone Operations & CASA Compliance.

Post-production is the opposite case: it is deliberately kept in-house, which is what holds one quality standard across every campaign regardless of who captured it.

Client references

Beyond the named accounts above, references and worked examples are supplied on request and matched to your sector — a multi-office agency network, a volume builder, a commercial agency or a project marketer. Contact studio@urbanangles.com or 1300 144 255.
