Studio or location?
The studio gives a controlled, repeatable result — the same light and backdrop every time, which is what keeps a roster consistent as people join and leave. Location shooting places people in the office or a recognisable local setting, which suits brands whose positioning is about place rather than polish. Studio setup is the cheaper of the two, and it is the practical default for a network that needs to add one new agent a month without the imagery drifting.
Keeping a roster current
Agent photography ages faster than any other asset in a brand — people join, leave and change how they look. The workable pattern is a whole-office session once a year, with individual studio sessions in between for new starters, shot to the same setup so the wall of faces stays coherent.
Turnaround
Proofs are available by 10am the next business day via DREAM, where you select preferred frames. Finals are delivered within two business days of selections being received, retouched by Urban Angles' in-house post-production team and supplied in formats ready for web, print and signage.
