  "content": "Video is ordered either as a standalone product or attached to a photography booking, where add-on rates apply. Custom Property Video is scoped per brief.\n\nOne round of revisions is included across the defined formats, with additional amendments quoted hourly. Where a property genuinely needs recapturing, a video reshoot is a complimentary visit; an additional visit by request is from $110. If it is persuasion — a considered property, or an agent building a personal brand — Showcase earns the extra time on site.
