Urban Angles: Standard vs Express Turnaround
Turnaround is published per product rather than quoted per job, so a campaign can be planned backwards from its go-live date.

Express and Super X are per-order upgrades on the photography component, not a whole-campaign rate.
Proofing and selections
Where proofing is ordered, proofs arrive by 10am the next day via an email link into DREAM. Finals follow close of business the next business day after your selections. Without proofing, the photographer selects the frames and finals come back on the standard timeline.
Proofing adds a decision step to the timeline. If your campaign is genuinely tight, either skip proofing or commit to selecting the same morning the proofs land — a set of proofs sitting unselected for a day costs more time than an Express upgrade buys back.

Choosing a tier
Express and Super X are selected at order time in DREAM. Because post-production is in-house rather than outsourced, the compressed tiers are a scheduling decision, not a subcontracting one — which is why they're reliable rather than best-efforts.
