Urban Angles: Photography Packages
Photography is ordered as a Base package sized to the property, with add-ons attached to the same booking. Indicative pricing below is inclusive of GST and is confirmed at the time of booking; account clients have pricing configured to how they work, and rates differ for rental, commercial and private-vendor engagements.
Base Photography
Base Photography is the signature product — it captures the angles a listing needs, external and internal, and is recommended for all listings.

The right size follows the property rather than the budget: list the spaces a buyer would ask about at an inspection, add the exterior and one hero, and that number is close to the right count.
Rental photography
Property management and leasing campaigns are priced on a separate rental schedule:

Rental rates reflect the shorter, standardised brief of a leasing listing. They are confirmed at booking and configured per office for property management teams.

Proofing is recommended on any package of ten or more images — it is the only way to control which frames are retouched. Without it, the photographer selects the frames.

Virtual dusk builds a twilight image from a daytime exterior without a second attendance; a dusk add-on is a genuine twilight shoot and suits homes whose own lighting is part of the appeal.

Lifestyle photography

Neighbourhood, cafe, beach and sports content, with permits and legalities handled by Urban Angles. PR photography — events, launches and editorial briefs — is charged on the same hourly basis.
Bundling
Bundle pricing applies automatically once Base Photography is selected, so drone, floor plans and video are offered at reduced rates inside a campaign. Ordering the full set in one booking also avoids a second attendance and a second delivery clock.
Travel and changes
Travel applies from $2 per kilometre beyond 30km from the CBD. Same-day changes carry a fee — from $55 for a day cancellation and from $110 for a dusk cancellation — and reshoots where a property genuinely needs recapturing are handled through Revisions & Reshoots.
