# Builder Packages

Builder work is scoped as a programme across a design range or a display village, not as a single listing campaign — so packages are configured per account rather than picked off a tier list.

## What a builder programme covers

- **Display home photography** — every design in the range, captured to one standard
- **Walkthrough video** — a full design tour per home
- **Display village content** — coordinated capture across multiple homes on one visit schedule
- **Builder brand and campaign video** — including Prestige-level production with drone, timelapse and interview
- **3D facades** — designs and facade options that aren't built or on display
- **Streetscapes and land developments** — a whole release visualised
- **Interior visualisations and product renders** — inclusion levels and upgrade options
- **Floor plans** — branded and styled to the builder, portrait or landscape

## Why builder pricing isn't a tier list

A listing campaign has one property, one deadline and one buyer audience. A builder programme has a range of designs, a refresh cycle, multiple markets and an asset library that has to stay coherent for years. Those are different cost drivers, so they're quoted differently:

| Product mix per home | Photography only, or photography plus walkthrough and plans |
| Markets involved | Multi-state programmes carry travel and scheduling |
| Refresh frequency | An annual re-shoot prices differently from a one-off |
| Render-to-photography split | How much of the range isn't built yet |
| Village coordination | One visit schedule versus separate bookings |

## The component rates behind a programme

Two builder-specific products carry published starting prices:

Display home photography, walkthrough video, display village coverage and streetscape and interior renders are quoted per programme rather than priced from a list, because scope varies significantly from brief to brief. Photography, floor plan, video and drone components draw on the same product set the rest of the directory publishes; a builder programme prices the schedule, not the individual line items.

## How it's priced

Volume and bundling are the two levers. Once Base Photography is part of an order, drone, floor plans and video are offered at reduced rates — and a range-wide or village-wide programme is quoted as one engagement.
