# Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling

How bookings are changed, what weather does to a schedule, and how account payment is set up.

## Changing or cancelling a booking

Account holders can **edit an order, reschedule it or cancel it** directly in [DREAM](https://dream.urbanangles.com/user/login) — no phone call required. The Customer Experience team can also action it: **1300 144 255** or **studio@urbanangles.com**, 8.30am–5.30pm Monday to Friday.

The earlier a change lands, the more easily it's absorbed. A shoot cancelled the night before has already been rostered, routed and scheduled into a photographer's day.

## Weather-driven changes

Dusk photography and drone capture depend on conditions. Weather-affected bookings are routinely rescheduled and this is handled as part of the service — the Customer Experience team will contact you to rebook.

| Floor plan measuring | None — proceeds regardless |
| Virtual services and renders | None — produced in post-production |

## Payment

Account terms, invoicing and payment method are set up per account during onboarding, with pricing configured around the products and volumes your office orders. Current standard product pricing is published on the [DREAM dynamic pricelist](https://dream.urbanangles.com/public/pricelist).

Indicative published rates in this directory are real-estate-tier figures inclusive of GST. Rental, commercial and private-vendor engagements are priced on their own schedules, and travel applies outside the standard metro radius — all confirmed at booking rather than assumed from a published figure.

## Tracking an order

Every stage is notified by email — order confirmation, booking date, booking reminder, proof upload and final delivery — and the full order history sits in DREAM.
