# Image & Video Usage Rights

Every Urban Angles job delivers finished assets into DREAM in web and high resolution, ready for the campaign they were commissioned for. Usage beyond that campaign is worth confirming rather than assuming.

## What you receive

- **Photography** — retouched finals in web and high resolution, downloadable from [DREAM](https://dream.urbanangles.com/user/login)
- **Video** — finished cuts, including the social versions where the package includes them
- **Floor plans** — branded and styled to your agency, portrait or landscape orientation
- **Renders and virtual assets** — virtual dusk, virtual styling, 3D renders and virtual tours

## Which file to use where

Both resolutions are delivered together, so the only question is which one a given placement needs:

| Placement | Use |
| --- | --- |
| Portal listings and your website | Web resolution |
| Social posts and email campaigns | Web resolution |
| Brochures and print advertising | High resolution |
| Signboards and large-format | High resolution |
| Awards and portfolio submissions | High resolution |
| Press and publication supply | High resolution — confirm usage terms first |

## Campaign use

Assets are commissioned for a specific campaign — a listing, a design range, a project launch, a brand piece. Using them for that campaign across your website, portals, print and social is the normal expectation.

## Where to check before reusing

Confirm terms with Urban Angles before:

- **Reusing property imagery** for a subsequent campaign, a different vendor, or after a listing has sold
- **Sub-licensing or supplying assets to a third party** — a portal, a publication, another agency or a builder partner
- **Using imagery in paid advertising** beyond the original campaign
- **Publishing portrait imagery** of individuals who have since left the business

## Why relisting is the common case

A property photographed for one campaign often comes back to market months later, sometimes with a different agency. The imagery is still good and the temptation to reuse it is obvious — but the licence was granted for the original campaign and the original commissioning party. A short call before the relist goes live is faster than unwinding it afterwards.
