# Post-Production & Delivery

Between the shoot and your finals landing in DREAM sits Urban Angles' in-house post-production workflow — retouching, editing and quality management, run by the team that keeps thousands of campaigns a year to one standard.

## The flow

1. **Capture** — the field team completes the shoot on site
2. **Proofing (if ordered)** — proofs arrive by 10am the next day via an email link into DREAM; you view, select and mark up with specific retouching notes. Without proofing, the photographer selects their preferred shots
3. **Retouching** — selections are retouched in-house, from tonal adjustment through to full scene reconstruction
4. **Quality management** — every asset is checked before release
5. **Online delivery** — finals available within DREAM, in web and high resolution

## Delivery timing by product

| Photography (no proofing) | Close of business next business day |
| Photography (with proofing) | Proofs by 10am next business day; finals next business day after selections |
| Floor plans | Next business day after measuring |
| Virtual dusk / virtual styling | 1–2 business days from the final image |
| Virtual tours | 1–2 business days, by size and complexity |
| Video | Draft 2 business days after the shoot; finals next business day after approval |

Express (midday next business day) and Super X (9am next business day) apply to photography where a campaign is going live sooner.

## What you receive

Files are supplied in **web resolution** for portals, social and email, and **high resolution** for print, signboards and brochures — both delivered together, so the same shoot serves the whole campaign without a separate request.

## Feedback by product

- **Photography** — markups and retouching notes via DREAM at selection
- **Video** — timestamped feedback on Vimeo review links at any stage of the draft
- **Floor plans** — the comment icon in DREAM sends change requests straight to post-production; one revision included
