  "content": "Working with Urban Angles follows a five-step process, with email notifications keeping you updated at every stage — order confirmation, booking date, booking reminder, proof upload and final delivery.\n\n## The process\n\n1. **Place Order** — book online through DREAM\n2. **Capture** — on-site production: photography, video, drone and floor plan\n3. **Select** — if proofing was ordered, choose from your proofs and provide markups via DREAM\n4. **Post-production** — retouching, editing and quality management of your assets\n5. **Online Delivery** — finals available within DREAM\n\nThe step most often skipped in planning is the third.
