Choosing between them
The decision usually comes down to three questions: does an accurate plan already exist (a redraw avoids paying for a measuring attendance), does the block itself carry value (a site plan shows what a floor plan cannot), and is the layout complex or multi-level enough that a flat plan undersells it (interactive).

Turnaround and revisions
Plans are measured on site and delivered close of business the next business day after the appointment, with one revision included on every plan and land box.
Amendments are marked up through DREAM's comment flow and go straight to post-production to action. Worth noting when planning a campaign backwards from its go-live date: the measuring appointment, not the drafting, is the scheduling constraint.
