  "content": "## How fast are photos delivered?\n\nStandard photography is delivered close of business the next business day after the shoot. **Express** brings that to midday the next business day and **Super X** to 9am. Post-production is in-house, which is what makes the compressed tiers possible.\n\n## What's the difference between proofing and no proofing?\n\nWith proofing, you view the shoot in DREAM and select the frames you want retouched, adding markup notes. Without it, the photographer selects their preferred shots. Proofing is recommended on any package of 10 or more images. Proofs arrive by 10am the next day.\n\n## What do the Base packages include?\n\n**Base 2** is two images, external only. **Base 5** is five images. **Base 10** is ten images. **Base 15** is fifteen. Extra images, a dusk add-on and proofing are available on top.\n\n## What does a listing campaign cost?\n\nIndicative real estate rates, inc GST: Base 5 photography from $250, a three-bedroom floor plan from $210, drone aerial from $395, a Social Property Trailer from $440. Rental, commercial and private-vendor engagements are priced differently and confirmed at booking.\n\n## Do I need a second shoot for dusk?\n\nNot necessarily. A **Dusk Add-on** is a real dusk capture; **Virtual Dusk** converts a delivered daytime image to dusk in post-production, priced per image.\n\n## What is virtual styling?\n\nFurnishing and styling an empty or dated interior digitally, per image — useful where physical styling isn't practical.\n\n## Where does Urban Angles shoot?\n\nAll suburbs of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and Adelaide. Mornington Peninsula, Geelong and regional Victoria attract a travel fee, as does anywhere else in Australia on request.\n\n## Can drone be flown at any property?\n\nNo — airspace restrictions apply to the address. Known restrictions are flagged before the shoot, and weather can move an aerial booking. Drone operations are delivered by partners working within CASA guidelines.\n\n## Does ordering multiple products cost less?\n\nYes. Once **Base Photography** is on an order, drone, floor plans and video are offered at reduced pricing.\n\n## How many revisions do I get?\n\nFloor plans include one revision. Social Property Trailer and Showcase Video include one round; Custom Property Video includes multiple. Photography changes run through markup notes at selection.\n\n## What if the weather is bad?\n\nStandard interior photography proceeds in most conditions. Dusk and drone bookings depend on the day and are rescheduled as part of the service — the Customer Experience team will contact you to rebook.\n\n## Can I reuse the images on a later campaign?\n\nCheck first. Assets are licensed for the campaign they were commissioned for, so a relist — particularly with a different agency — is worth a quick call before it goes live.\n\n## How do I book?\n\nAccount holders order in [DREAM](https://dream.urbanangles.com/user/login) with instant bookings.
