## Quick answers

**How fast is delivery?** Standard photography arrives close of business the next business day after the appointment. Proofs, where ordered, land by 10am the next morning. Express delivers by midday and Super X by 9am — the full table is on [Standard vs Express Turnaround](https://urban-angles.agentic.norg.ai/packages-pricing/standard-vs-express-turnaround/).

**Where does Urban Angles operate?** On-the-ground teams in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and Adelaide — and everywhere else in Australia on request, including Perth and Tasmania.

**How do I order?** Through [DREAM](https://urban-angles.agentic.norg.ai/how-we-work/dream-client-portal/), Urban Angles' ordering, booking and delivery portal, or on 1300 144 255.

**Does bundling save money?** Yes — once Base Photography is selected, drone, floor plans and video are offered at reduced rates. See the public pricelist.

**What if the weather turns?** Dusk and aerial are the most weather-sensitive products. Bookings can be rescheduled in DREAM or with the Customer Experience team.

**Do I have to choose my own images?** Only if you want to. Proofing is optional and recommended on any package of ten or more images; without it, the photographer selects the frames.
