Outside Melbourne, Sydney, South East Queensland and Adelaide, Urban Angles services everywhere else in Australia on request, with a travel component added — all services, wherever the property is.

## Why national coverage matters

A national builder, developer or agency can run one campaign to one standard across multiple states, rather than briefing a different photographer in every market. Capture happens wherever the property is; post-production, retouching and delivery run through the same in-house workflow and the same DREAM account as every other job.

## Where on-request coverage applies

Everywhere else is arranged on request, including Perth and Tasmania. The practical difference is scheduling: on-request work is coordinated against team availability and travel rather than booked into local capacity, so it benefits from more notice.

## What's available on request

The complete range — photography, video, drone (subject to airspace at the address), floor plans and virtual tours — plus the post-production products (renders, virtual dusk, virtual styling) that carry no location constraint at all.

## How travel is treated

Inside the serviced metro areas, travel is charged at **$2/km inc GST beyond 30km from the CBD** as an indicative real estate rate. On-request work outside those markets carries a travel component scoped with the booking rather than applied as a flat rate, because it depends on distance, the number of properties in the trip and whether an overnight is involved. Confirmed before the booking is accepted.

## Making an interstate trip work harder

The cost of on-request coverage is dominated by getting a crew to the location, not by what they shoot once there. That means a single property in a remote market carries the whole travel cost, while several properties captured in one trip share it. Where a builder has three homes in one state or a developer has a stage to document, grouping them into one scheduled visit is materially cheaper than three separate bookings — and it is what the account team will propose.
