Drones are perfect for capturing a single block property or achieving a unique bird's-eye perspective — the views that give buyers a real understanding of scale, aspect and location that ground-level photography can't provide. Shoots can be completed at either day or dusk.

Which view does the job
Most listings need one or two, not all three. Overhead sells the block — its size, shape and boundaries — so it earns its place on land, acreage and development sites. Horizon sells the outlook: water, parkland, skyline, a view worth paying for. Orbital sells the building itself when the architecture rewards being seen from every side. Adding markups turns an overhead into the most useful asset in an industrial or subdivision campaign.
Safety and airspace
Safety is the priority. Flights are conducted by operating partners working within CASA guidelines, which dictate safe fly zones. Some areas require formal permission to fly, and some cannot be flown over or in at all. Urban Angles advises of any known flight restriction ahead of the shoot; where a restriction can only be identified on site, you're informed as soon as possible.
Turnaround
Proofs are supplied by 10am the next business day, with finals delivered the next business day after selections are received. Retouching — including markups — is handled by the in-house post-production team.
