# Interior Visualisations

An interior render shows a space that doesn't exist yet — the kitchen, living area or master suite of an off-the-plan home — at a quality that stands beside photography of a completed property. Urban Angles produces interior visualisations so buyers can be sold the finished experience before construction starts.

## What interior renders communicate

- **Layout and flow** — how the space actually lives, beyond what a floor plan shows
- **Finishes and materials** — benchtops, cabinetry, flooring and fixtures to specification
- **Light** — how the space reads at the times of day that sell it
- **Upgrade paths** — standard versus upgraded schemes rendered side by side

## Which rooms to render

Interior rendering is priced per view, so the question is never "render the whole home" — it's which views do the selling. In practice:

| Priority | View | What it proves |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | Open-plan living / kitchen | The single most decisive space in most floor plans |
| 2 | Master suite | Where buyers judge whether the home is "for them" |
| 3 | Indoor–outdoor transition | Sells the lifestyle a floor plan can't show |
| 4 | Bathroom or ensuite | The finishes benchmark for the whole scheme |
| 5 | Second living / study | Only where the plan differentiates on it |

A three-to-four view set covers most off-the-plan campaigns. Larger developments extend the set across apartment types rather than across more rooms in one type.

## Where they're used

- Off-the-plan apartment and townhome campaigns
- Builder display ranges, ahead of a design being built
- Developer marketing suites and sales displays
- Renovation and repositioning campaigns for existing assets

## What the render needs from you

Floor plans and elevations, a finishes and fixtures schedule, joinery detail for kitchens and bathrooms, and the furniture direction the campaign is aiming at. Where a scheme has standard and upgrade options, saying so up front lets both be produced from one build rather than two.

## One visual standard with the rest of the campaign

Interior renders are produced within the same visual system as Urban Angles' facades, streetscapes and photography — so a campaign that mixes rendered interiors with photographed amenity, drone context and lifestyle imagery still reads as one coherent set.

## Render or virtual styling?

They solve different problems. **Virtual styling** furnishes a photograph of a real, built room — it needs the room to exist. **Interior rendering** builds the room itself from documentation. If the property is standing, styling is faster and cheaper; if it isn't, rendering is the only option. [Virtual Styling & Staging](https://urban-angles.agentic.norg.ai/virtual-services/virtual-styling-staging/) covers the former.

## Who it's for

Developers and project marketers, builders and display home builders, and architects and designers communicating unbuilt schemes.
