# 3D Rendering & Visualisation

Renders let property be marketed before it exists. Urban Angles' 3D visualisation team produces photorealistic imagery from plans and specifications — so builders, developers and project marketers can launch off-the-plan and pre-construction campaigns with display-home-quality visuals from day one.

## The render range

- **[Builder Facades](https://urban-angles.agentic.norg.ai/3d-rendering-visualisation/builder-facades/)** — every facade option on a house design, rendered consistently across the range
- **[Streetscapes & Land Developments](https://urban-angles.agentic.norg.ai/3d-rendering-visualisation/streetscapes-land-developments/)** — estates, masterplans, amenity and park renders for land campaigns
- **[Interior Visualisations](https://urban-angles.agentic.norg.ai/3d-rendering-visualisation/interior-visualisations/)** — unbuilt kitchens, living spaces and suites at photographic quality
- **[Product Renders & Prototypes](https://urban-angles.agentic.norg.ai/3d-rendering-visualisation/product-renders-prototypes/)** — products and building components rendered before manufacture

## What a render is actually solving

Photography can only record what exists. On an off-the-plan apartment, a house design not yet built, or a land estate that is currently a paddock, there is nothing to photograph — so rendering isn't a stylistic preference, it is the only way to show the product at all.

The second problem it solves is consistency. A builder with a dozen facade options across a range needs all of them to read as one product family. Rendered from the same specifications, they do; photographed across different display homes in different light, they don't.

## Render now, photograph later

Because Urban Angles produces both renders and photography, campaigns transition seamlessly: renders launch the project, and as construction completes, [photography](https://urban-angles.agentic.norg.ai/photography/), [drone](https://urban-angles.agentic.norg.ai/aerial-drone/) and [video](https://urban-angles.agentic.norg.ai/video-production/) document the real thing — one supplier, one visual standard throughout.

Pairing renders with [interactive floor plans](https://urban-angles.agentic.norg.ai/floor-plans/interactive-floor-plans/) is the usual off-the-plan combination: the render shows how a space will feel, the plan shows how it works.

## Labelling matters

A render depicts an intended outcome rather than a photographed fact. Presenting it as what it is — a visualisation — is straightforward practice, and it protects the campaign as much as the buyer.

## Who it's for

Volume and custom builders, property developers and project marketers, architects and designers, and brands with product to visualise.

## Ordering

Renders are produced from plans, so location is no constraint — projects anywhere in Australia, including markets with no on-the-ground field team. Brief through your account team or call 1300 144 255.
