# Builder Facades

A facade render shows a house design as photorealistic imagery before anything is built. For builders, it solves a structural marketing problem: a design might offer six facade options, but only one will ever stand in a display village. Renders present every variant to the same standard, without photographing a built example of each.

Not every variant earns a render on day one. A practical order of priority:

1. **The hero facade** — the one leading the campaign and the signage
2. **The price-point facade** — the entry variant most buyers actually select
3. **The premium facade** — the upgrade the sales team is trying to sell up to
4. **Remaining variants** — added as the design's sales history shows which ones move

Rendering the full set at once costs more up front but produces a consistent library; staging it spreads the cost and lets later renders reflect what the range is actually selling.
